Interplanetary Shock (or CME Arrival)
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Location: STEREO A
Event Time: 2026-02-11T03:41Z ( STEREO A: IMPACT )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
STEREO A: IMPACT
STEREO A: PLASTIC
Activity ID: 2026-02-11T03:41:00-IPS-001 (version 2)
Quality of ICME Signature: 1 (lacks some signatures)
Note: Due to a data gap between 2026-02-10T12:07Z and 2026-12-11T03:41Z, the start time for this event was chosen when data returned and is likely later than the actual start of the CME arrival. This signature is characterized by an amplification of magnetic field components with Btotal increasing from ~5nT prior to the data gap at 2026-02-10T12:07Z to ~16nT at 2026-02-11T12:00Z. Density, temperature, and speed data are sparse during this time but may suggest a slightly increase starting around 2026-02-11T03:41Z. This signature is likely associated with the arrival of CME: 2026-02-07T23:00Z.
